Our core competency includes three main areas. 1. Business Planning and Investment CapitalWe develop business plans, help set goals, create company profiles, develop workable strategies, conduct business feasibility studies, and prepare financial projections. We also determine projected cash requirements for expansion, prepare the prospectus, and have access to over 800 funding sources. Although we may have sources and funding connections, we do not guaranty funding. Each situation is unique and funding decisions are solely up to the investor, over whom we have little or no control. 2. Marketing ManagementOur Marketing Management services encompass the entire marketing effort including marketing strategies, promotional programs, market research, focus groups, survey design and distribution, quantitative analysis, lead generation, customer lists, tracking, sales projections, advertising and promotional activities, and sales plans. 3. Competitive IntelligenceWe collect the facts. We investigate your competition and do it legally, abiding by Ethics and Guidelines of the Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals (www.scip.org). Our scope includes identifying trends, potential customers, and existing (or future) competitors. We are visionary and focus on possible or imminent changes in the conditions of marketplace. We also identify opportunities, competitive threats, and other relevant information affecting YOUR future. Good information is hard to come by, but if you have it and act upon it, you can reduce your competitor's element of surprise. Competitive Intelligence (CI) increases certainty and confidence in devising strategies and in making important decisions. Insufficient foreknowledge or insight about customers or competitors can cost YOU millions in LOST sales. Time-sensitive information is the key. We provide it and we will help you set up your own CI program as well.
